Where Are The Women In Cell Biology Working?

In January I published an article asserting that a high proportion of women cell biologists were deliberately avoiding faculty positions in research universities because the odds were stacked against them and the pressures for extreme productivity were intolerable.  The reference is:

in the top spots in academia? The Scientist 22 (1): 67-70

I would welcome feedback on this subject.
