González-Morales et al. determined how left-right asymmetry and organ chirality in Drosophila are controlled by Myosin ID through atypical cadherin Dachsous (Ds). Ds propagates the left-right asymmetries through the Frizzled/PCP signaling pathways. Published in Developmental Cell.
