Minisymposia Talks are 10-12 minutes with a 3-5 minute Q&A (15 minutes total per speaker). Each minisymposia will be 1.5 hours long and contain six talks. All talks will be pre-recorded by the speakers and uploaded in November for live broadcast on the virtual platform. A live Q&A will follow each talk. Following the session, content will be available on demand for registered attendees until January 17, 2022.

There will be 28 scientific Minisymposia and one Education Minisymposia. Specific Minisymposia titles will be determined in September after all abstracts are submitted and reviewed. Minisymposia will be driven by the abstracts received under the seven scientific meeting tracks and the education track. Seven (7) scientific Minisymposia will run concurrently in each designated time slot. The Education Minisymposia will be held on December 1, 2 or 3 during the Education and Professional Development sessions.

Abstracts submitted for Minisymposia consideration will be blindly scored by the co-chairs for the primary track selection you choose. Those same reviewers may decide to re-assign your abstract to your secondary track, if you select one.

All talks in a Special Interest Subgroup session will require an abstract submission. Organizers will have the opportunity to read through all abstracts submitted to their topic to allow them to design their sessions with the most cutting edge research available.

Subgroup talks vary in length because it is determined by the organizer(s). All speakers in subgroup sessions will be required to pre-record and upload their talk in November. The Q&A will be live at the time of the session. All content will be recorded and provided on demand to registered meeting attendees until January 17, 2022.

You can submit by the following three deadlines to present a poster:

• Tuesday, August 3, at 9:00 pm EDT
• Wednesday, September 1, at 9:00 pm EDT
• Tuesday, October 12, at 9:00 pm EDT (this final deadline has a higher fee).

Poster presenters will upload a short 3-5 minute presentation and a PDF of their poster prior to the start of the meeting. Poster presentations will be available to registered attendees on-demand throughout the meeting and until January 17, 2022 on our virtual platform. Viewers will have the opportunity to contact the presenter and ask questions throughout the meeting. There will be designated times for poster presenters to be available for interaction with poster viewers. You can visit private meeting rooms of the poster presenters and up to 10 people can visit a poster in the video meeting room at a time. We hope to make this experience as close to an in-person experience as possible.

Abstract submitters will be accepted to give a poster presentation as long as their abstracts present data, show that research has occurred, and they are not commercial in nature.
